The Cancer Agency in Abbotsford is hiring an HRA for Release of Information.  This is a diploma (HRA/HIM) position with only one year's experience required. 

PHSA is hiring a Health Information Services Coordinator.  This is also an HRA/HIM position.  It is full-time permanent, in Vancouver, at the corporate office.


HealthLink BC in Langley is looking for a Manager, Directory Services, Navigation Services.  This is a regular full-time position.  This position is responsible for delivering health information to the public and internal business use.  They require a degree, with a strong foundation in data management.

Fraser Health is hiring a Coordinator, Clinical Informatics for the Central City Tower location.  This is a perm f/t position for a degree holder.

Just one position for a research assistant at UBC this week.  This one is for Audiology & Speech Sciences.  It is a degree level position.  Posting #8330.


Since we reminded everyone of the Prince Rupert posting, I may as well bring up the still vacant coding position for Powell River.  It's perm part-time, but they are also hiring a casual.

Also at VCH, but at VGH this time, a posting for Coordinator, Health Record Services.    This is a degree level position.

Again at VCH, a posting for Data Analysis & Quality System Coordinator.  This is in the Disability Management & Safety section of Human Resources but the skills needed look familiar:  "use of querying tools (e.g. PeopleSoft, Crystal Reports, Access, Excel, SQL), Practices diligence and care when gathering, maintaining, monitoring, calculating and summarizing data. Ability to gather, summarize and report information in a clear and concise manner."  This is a degree position.
